- Ostrom, E., 2009. A Polycentric Approach for Coping with Climate Change. Background paper for the WDR 2010. This is a classic article by Elinor Ostrom, who won the 2009 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences. You can find a summary of some of the main ideas in this interview (but I strongly advise to read the whole paper).
