Welcome

I am a researcher (HDR) in climate change economics at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, in the Centre International de recherche sur l’environnement et le développement, (CIRED).

I use economic modelling, GIS and data science, interdisciplinary integrated assessment models, as well as stakeholder analysis to address salient research questions on environmental urban policies, such as :

  • the effectiveness of adaptation strategies
  • the interactions between mitigation and adaptation policies
  • the social and ecological trade-offs

I have a strong interest in prospective modelling, and in understanding how various environmental concerns interact with each other, and with social issues.

I am part of several academic networks and associations, including the Urban Climate Change Research Network (UCCRN) and the Euro-LCP Research Network, and am associated to the research group Cities are Back in Town of Sciences Po. I am a member of the scientific council of the French National Institute for Industrial Environment and Risks (Ineris), of the Groupement Régional des Experts sur le Climat d’île de France (GREC Île de France), of the Chaire « Villes, Logement, Immobilier » of Sciences Po, and of the program Bioéconomie pour les Territoires Urbains (BETTER) of INRAE. I also was from 2018 to 2022 a deputy board member of Ecole des Ponts ParisTech. Additionally, I was Guest editor of Special Issues on:

I teach courses on climate change and adaptation policies in Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, Sciences Po Paris and École Polytechnique, regularly give lectures in Ecole Nationale de la Météorologie, and like to communicate about climate policies.
